This website is dedicated to the memory of the man who wrote Dark Companion with Matthew Henson in 1947.
Brad and Matt met at Captain Bartlett's funeral. Their friendship became a partnership to write down the North Pole story directly from the lips of the man who accompanied Peary on every expedition to the Arctic over an 18 year period.
