Photographic Evidence that the post
office steals!
After I stopped using the local PO all
stamps had to be puchased online. Last
June, 2008 this order arrived with the
envelope folded in half.
The torn entry, to steal the roll of
stamps, was held closed with a USPS
seal. A more blatant and deliberate
theft is hard to imagine.
I sent photos with a letter to:

There was no
response.Apparently the USPS
just steals postage, then tosses any
documentation about it in the garbage.
